Cognitive Classes

Time Management

  • Events and appointments need a home within the calendar.
  • A big time waster is zoning out when doing things.
  • Write down in your calendar what you are doing so you can go back and look and identify where you might be wasting time.
  • We should track everything we do each day down periodically (quarterly) in order to get insights into where and how much time we spend on certain life categories.
  • Creating a list of Have to’s and Want to’s can be useful to help regroup so you focus on what is important.
  • It’s important to find a good study place.

Psychosocial

  • Knowing what cognitive distortions are can help you identify them.
